I’m a UX researcher and strategist with over 15 years of experience balancing technical and business needs. I was introduced to UX research while working as a solutions engineer at a software company. One small research project lead me to completely upending my life in pursuit of the rigorous Masters in Human Factors in Information Design program at Bentley University. While there, I worked under numerous thought leaders at the global consultancy, The User Experience Center. I now lead a team of 5 on the US East Coast and support a global UX team at Portfolio T, a venture studio helping launch innovative startups in the tech space.
